















Exercise Services: All payments for Exercise services are due prior to the service being
performed. Customers are entitled to a full refund for any Exercise services that have been
pre-paid but have not been performed, except for where the Cancellation Policy applies (see
below). Customers are entitled to a detailed invoice that documents all payments, refunds, and
additional fees.
An "Exercise" session consists of 30 or 45-minutes of running, jogging, or walking with your dog.
Training Services: All payments for Obedience Training and Behavior Modification services must
be made in a single payment prior to the service starting or in two installments (half due prior to
the service starting and half due upon completion of the services). Customers are entitled to a
detailed invoice that documents all payments, refunds, and additional fees.
A "Training" session consists of a Private Lesson (60-90 minutes), or In-home Training Session
(30-45 minutes), or a Board and Train Session (15-45 minutes).
Refund Policy: Customers are not entitled to a refund for any services that have been performed.
Refunds are permitted on services that have been prepaid but not yet performed, except where
the Cancellation Policy applies (see below). All refund requests must be received in writing (via
email: info@pawsnmotion.com).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any scheduled service must be made at least 24-hours in
advance of the scheduled session start time; otherwise a cancellation fee may apply. Any
cancellation where notice is provided inside 24-hours of the scheduled session start time will be
assessed a cancellation fee at 50% of the scheduled session price. Any cancellation where no notice
is provided inside 24-hours of the scheduled session start time will be assessed a cancellation fee
at 100% of the scheduled session price.
Every customer is provided a one-time cancellation forgiveness waiver for cancellations made
inside 24-hours of the scheduled session start time; after that one-time waiver is used, normal
cancellation fees apply. The one-time cancellation forgiveness waiver will not apply in situations
where the customer fails to provide any cancellation notice.

Termination Policy: Customers are only billed for services that have been performed. If the
customer decides to terminate service, they are entitled to a pro-rated refund for any sessions
that have been pre-paid but have not been performed, except where the Cancellation Policy
applies.
Paws n Motion reserves the right to terminate service at any time for any reason. In the event
Paws n Motion terminates service, a pro-rated refund for sessions that have been pre-paid but
have not yet been performed will be provided, except where the Cancellation Policy applies.
